Q. Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
A. At POPULAR, protecting your information is our priority. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to encrypt all given information including but not limited to credit card numbers, names, and addresses. The encryption ensures that the information cannot be read when the data transmitted across the Internet. In addition, all the given data is protected against unauthorized access.

You are advised to use a browser that supports 128 bit SSL encryption or a higher encryption standard. We always use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring, receiving, and exchanging data on our website. The facilities that house our servers are physically secured to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of all data and information collected.
Payment
Q. What are the payment options?
A. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX only. All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars inclusive of prevailing GST.
Delivery
Q. What are your shipping charges?
A. We provide local delivery services to your home/office for a nominal fee. Alternatively, you may opt for self-collection at your designated POPULAR Bookstore and/or POPULAR Bookshop. Please refer to Shipping Information for more details.
Q. When will I receive my order?
A. Please refer to the Delivery Schedule for the textbooks online ordering 2022.
Q. Can I request for my order to be delivered to my address or collected at my selected POPULAR bookstore before the stated delivery timeline?
A. We regret that we are not able to process any order quicker than our standard delivery timeline. Kindly refer to the Order and Delivery Schedule for more information. If you need the item(s) urgently, please ensure to order the item(s) in advance.
Q. When will I know if I can collect my order from the School bookshop/Popular outlets?
A. You will receive an email (Ready for Collection) with that you may proceed to the School/POPULAR outlets the next working day for collection. Upon collection, you are required to present the email as a form of verification.
Order Status
Q. How can I confirm my order?
A. After the payment for your order is processed and verified, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. If you do not receive our auto-order acknowledgment email, please inform our Customer Service.
Q. Can I add a new item(s) to my order?
A. We are not able to add any item(s) to your order once you have checkout. You will have to place a separate new order for the additional item(s). We apologize for the inconvenience.
Returns and Cancellations
Q. How do I cancel my order?
A. You cannot cancel an order (or part of an order) once payment has been made. However, if you insist on canceling your order for specified reasons, a cancellation fee is applicable. A cancellation fee is chargeable for every cancellation of an order. Please note the following cancellation charges:
• A cancellation charge of 20% of the order will be imposed for all cancellations made within 48 hours upon order; and
• A cancellation charge of 50% of the order will be imposed for all cancellations made after 48 hours upon ordering.

Q. Can I return or exchange my purchase if I don't like it?
A. All products, once sold are non-returnable or exchangeable except for the following:
• Products received are different from what is stated on the invoice; i.e. wrong goods are delivered; and/or
• Product is found to be defective.
Q. How do I return/exchange merchandise?
A. You may contact our Customer Service to arrange for any return/exchange of the affected Product.
Promotions
Q. Does the promotions listed on this web store applies to POPULAR retail stores?
A. No. All advertised promotions on the online website are exclusive to the store itself.
Q. Am I entitled to the promotions?
For online purchases, the price stated is after the discount. You are not required to fill in any membership card details.
