Our business days are Mondays to Fridays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays.
The cut-off time for all orders is 8.30 am on business days. Orders made before the cut off time will be processed on the same day. Orders made after the cut off time will be processed on the next business day. For delivery timeline, please refer to Shipping Information.
Note: Date/Time references are based on Singapore time (UTC/GMT +8 hours).
1. Order Acceptance Policy
The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. POPULAR reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
You cannot cancel an order (or part of an order) once payment has been made. However, if you insist on cancelling your order for specified reasons, a cancellation fee is applicable. Cancellation fee is chargeable for every cancellation of an order. Please note the following cancellation charges:
• A cancellation charge of 20% of the order will be imposed for all cancellations made within 48 hours upon ordering; and
• A cancellation charge of 50% of the order will be imposed for all cancellations made after 48 hours upon ordering.

3. Return Policy
All products, once sold are non-returnable. However, exceptions will be made for defective products which requires you to report to Customer Service within three (3) days from the date of acceptance of the delivery. All defective products must be returned to us in their original packaging and must be accompanied with the sales invoice. The date of purchase and serial number must be eligible to read for verification. Please give a brief description of the product defectiveness. Return is applicable for:
• Local returns, Singapore only; and
• Return of products must be made at the designated POPULAR School Bookshop.
4. Exchange Policy
Once a product has been sold, there shall be no exchange of products with the exception of the following circumstances:
• Products received are different from what is stated on the invoice; i.e. wrong goods are delivered; and
• Product is defective.
If the product(s) received is wrong or defective, there will be a one-to-one exchange for the same product. To exchange a product or if there is a missing product, please contact us within 3 days upon receiving the goods. Please contact us within 3 business days upon receiving the goods if there should be any missing item(s) from your order. Our representative will arrange to deliver the missing item(s).
• Local Exchange Policy
Exchange of product(s) will be arranged at POPULAR Bookstores.
All products to be exchanged must be returned to us in their original packaging accompanied with the sales invoice. The date of purchase and serial number must be eligible to read for verification.
5. Pricing Policy
POPULAR reserves the right to make adjustment to the published price of any product, this may be due to error, product discontinuation, stock clearance, price changes by manufacturers and distributors.
6. Delivery and Receiving of Orders (for Home Delivery)
During delivery of the product, if there was no one to receive the product, our courier would leave a white card informing you to arrange a re-delivery. If re-delivery is unsuccessful, the product(s) shall be delivered back to POPULAR. Only the first re-delivery is free.
Upon receiving the product(s), the receiver is required to sign on the delivery note, indicating his/her name and contact number. If the receiver is receiving on behalf, he/she is advised to produce a copy of the customer’s email notification.
7. Advertising and Promotions
All advertised promotions stated on POPULAR Textbook Ordering store applies exclusively to the orders made on this web store.
